Five masked and armed thieves held the dealer hostage in his house in Le Pecq, west of the French capital, and stole paintings by Monet, Corot, Sisley and Cezanne and a sculpture by Rodin, AFP said. The thieves left the house in a sport-utility vehicle and burned it later in nearby woods, AFP said. This is the second time the dealer was robbed at his house, AFP reported, citing the police. |
